Deep Tissue Laser Therapy

What is Deep Tissue Laser Therapy?

Deep tissue laser therapy is a non-invasive technique used in addition to manual therapy and therapeutic exercise to help reduce pain and inflammation in the affected area. Our class IV laser is administered directly to the skin in 5-10 minutes and with a soothing warmth sensation over the area. Most patients see results within 3 to 5 short treatment sessions. Deep tissue laser therapy helps increase circulation to the injured area helping to decrease pain and inflammation. Deep tissue laser therapy is becoming the preferred approach to compliment physical therapy techniques to help reduce recovery time and get patients back to their previous activities. Deep tissue laser therapy can be used on chronic and acute injuries along with patients who have had surgery.
