Want to pursue your fitness goals with the help of a PT? PhysioFocus is now offering group fitness training on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9 AM! Classes will be no larger than 6 people to insure a semi-private feel. All levels are welcome. Each class will involve circuit training with intervals and full body strengthening.
