After a serious hip injury in the 2010 season I knew my rehab that offseason would be critical to returning to the field the following season. Katie was referred to me by the Carolina Panthers team doctors and I went to rehab and trained with her 5 times a week for 4 months through that offseason. With her rehab and training program my hip started to feel great within weeks and by the end of the 4 months I was back to 100% and able to return to the field and start for the Panthers in 2011. I still incorporate Katie’s stretches and strength training exercises within my workouts as part of my injury prevention and flexibility program.
